Hello — I’m Steve Lirely, and for more than 46 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside churches and nonprofit organizations as they pursue the missions God has placed on their hearts.

My career began with a passion for helping people grow — and that passion has guided every step since. Over the decades, I’ve served as a pastor, mentor, coach, fundraiser, and development leader, supporting organizations of all sizes as they strengthen their ministries, expand their programs, and make a lasting difference in their communities. I believe in servant leadership, and I thrive on helping others succeed.

Throughout my career, I’ve:

• Cultivated strong, meaningful relationships with donors, board members, and community partners

• Led major fundraising campaigns and capital initiatives

• Written and secured grants from foundations, corporations, and government agencies

• Guided boards and staff in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational growth

I approach every project with the same mindset: listen first, understand deeply, and then build a practical path to results. Whether it’s developing a multi-year funding strategy, training a board on governance and stewardship, writing a compelling grant proposal, leading education seminars, youth retreats, or spiritual growth opportunities, I bring both experience and heart to the work.
